A career built on interest in cultures, music, people, languages and the history of the Mediterranean, which are the inspiration for María del Mar Bonet’s personal and artistic life, make her a Mediterranean singer par excellence, With more than 40 albums to his credit, is one of the best voices of the Mediterranean.

Undoubtedly one of the most prolific and markedly Mediterranean artists, who could not miss the first edition of the Mediterranean Concert.

María del Mar Bonet, born in Palma de Mallorca, has specialized in traditional music, both in her native Mallorca and in the various corners of the Mediterranean. Multifaceted, she is also a painter and has made inroads into the world of poetry, with the publication of her book Secreta Veu, which illustrates with her own paintings.

His artistic production, tremendously prolific, includes his own albums and also a multitude of collaborations with artists as diverse as Lluís Llach, Joan Manuel Serrat, Toni Soler, Milton Nacimiento, Alan Stivell, Amancio Prada, Jackson Browne, l’ensemble de Musique Traditionelle de Tunis , Martirio, Marina Rosell, Maria Farantouri or Zulfu Livanelli, among many others.
